AQUATEMPTM polymer is white, free-flowing synthetic polymer designed for high temperature drilling environments. It serves as high temperature filtration control and is core product of AQUADRIL® HPHT high-performance water-based mud system. It works well in any salinity. AQUATEMPTM performed well above 350°F and shown excellent thermal performance. The additional functions include inhibition of cutting and shales and impact viscosity. To achieve a perfect balance between fluid loss control and rheology, the formulation needs to be tailored based on density and temperature conditions by combining core products including AQUATROL®, AQUAVIS® L and AQUATHIN®.
