NEOMUL^® ONE is one-drum multi-purpose emulsifier for clay-free high-performance formulation. It is used in invert emulsifier systems as a concentrated emulsifier and wetting agent for NEODRIL^® clay-free OBM fluid system. NEOMUL^® ONE improves emulsion stability, maintains HTHP filtrate in a water-free state. It also improves thermal stability, rheological profile and contamination resistance. The product is effective up to 400°F. NEOMUL^® ONE requires excess lime to properly function. Compared to traditional separated primary and secondary emulsifier, NEOMUL^® ONE is cheaper with less dosage.

• Stabilizes brine-in-oil emulsions using calcium chloride or calcium bromide brine
• Acts to oil-wet solids in invert emulsion systems
