N BREAKER^® is mud cake remover that react with water to slowly release acid to dissolve barite, calcium carbonate, polysaccharides and other impurities, thus destroying the filter cake and removing mud damage. It can wet the residual solids particles and make them dispersed. When used in nan-aqueous based mud, it can also dissolve emulsion and oil materials in the mud cake, which minimizes permanent plugging of reservoir and increases oil/gas recovery. It is applicable in open hole sections, and effective in 24hrs when spotting in place.
