MAGICFYBER® is a unique lost circulation material (LCM) specially formulated, acid soluble, extrusion spun mineral fiber. It is effective plugging and bridging agent for voids, fractures, and all types of permeable formations. MAGICFYBER® is comparable with all water-based mud and non-aqueous fluid systems, and particularly suitable for oil base mud. It can be used in LCM pill or directly into active mud at 1/2 sack every 30mins for ongoing seepage losses. MAGICFYBER® soluble ratio in hydrochloric acid is above 85%, thus it is easily removed in weak acids or filter cake breaker in reservoir sections. The material is provided in three size ranges: MAGICFYBER® F, MAGICFYBER® M and MAGICFYBER® C.
