POROSEAL^® elasticity sponge lost circulation material (LCM) is a unique, precisely graded, inert, porous sealant material. It has characteristics of high compression ratio, deformation, high strength with shearing resistance. These allow POROSEAL^® to perform effectively outside the limitations of common fibrous materials. It can adapt to different sizes of formation fracture, functions like filter net and skeleton frame, reducing permeability of fractured formation by changing fractures into micropores. At the same time, other LCMs can be captured to form three-dimensional plugging isolation layer, improve the retention ability of LCMs in fractures, and increase the success rate of plugging.  POROSEAL^® is always used to enhance the borehole integrity, treat out severe losses and loss of return. It can be added into any type of LCM pills and is a new generation of plugging technology. The product is available in 5mm, 10mm and 20mm grades to cover a wide range of applications.
