Product Description
N BREAKER® O is a specialized formulation engineered to remove oil-based/synthetic-based mud residues, emulsions, and filter cake deposited in open-hole sections. Its unique composition incorporates surfactants, chelating agents, and other reservoir-friendly additives. Upon being pumped into the open-hole interval, N BREAKER® O gradually diffuses during the soaking phase, progressively dissolves oil-based emulsions and contaminants within the filter cake, thereby inducing a water-wet state on the mud cake surface. Subsequently, released organic acids dissolve solid impurities such as calcium carbonate, while chelating agents sequester metal ions into aqueous solution. Concurrently, drill cuttings are dispersed and effectively removed. This process mitigates formation damage and enhances hydrocarbon recovery efficiency.
