BROCOR^® is a highly efficient corrosion inhibitor specifically designed for completion fluids in high temperature and high-pressure oil and gas wells, suitable for extreme downhole environments up to 450°F. BROCOR^® or utilizes unique film-forming technology to create a dense protective layer on metal surfaces. The organic components effectively prevent the oxidation reactions on metal surfaces, while the active ingredients help neutralize the potential difference between the metal surface and attachments, thereby reducing electrochemical corrosion. BROCOR^® serves as a comprehensive corrosion inhibitor for high-temperature, high-density, solid-free completion fluids, significantly mitigating the corrosion of casing, tubing, and downhole tools caused by high concentrations of corrosive media such as NaBr and CaBr₂ brines.
