AQUAVIS® L is a liquid theology modifier designed for fresh water and high salinity monovalent brines (up to 150,000 ppm) and sea water. It's specially used in clay-free high temp water-based fluid systems and reservoir sections. The slightly crosslinked nature of this synthetic polymer provides superior performance by increasing low-end rheology, without affecting PV and YP significantly. AQUAVIS® L comes in latex form (30 wt.% active), which allows for improved mixing and fast hydration without fish eyes. AQUAVIS® L is stable at temperatures exceeding 400°F, and it can be used in different formation environments. Laboratory testing has also shown enhanced shale encapsulation and swelling control that complements the use of regular formation stabilizers.
| SHARK | Product Description | Applications/Functions |
| AQUAVIS® | HT polymer viscosifier for WBM and drill-in fluid | synthetic water-soluble polymer with higher thermal stability than xanthan gum. Can be used in water-based reservoir drill-in fluid. Higher thermal stability above 300°F |
| AQUAVIS® HT | HPHT polymer viscosifier for WBM and drill-in fluid | Macromolecular HPHT polymer viscosifier, thermal stability above 350°F |
| AQUAVIS® CF | HT polymeric viscosifier for HPHT drill-in WBM, white powder product | HT polymeric viscosifier for HPHT drill-in WBM exceeding 400°F |
| AQUAVIS® L | Liquid rheology Modifier for WBM | Highly effective in improving the 3 rpm and 6rmp readings of water-based drilling fluid without increasing the plastic viscosity. Applicable for clay-free and HPHT drill-in WBM exceeding 400°F |
