Product Description

EZCOAT® encapsulant is a water soluble high-molecular-weight polymer containing both cationic and anionic used to encapsulate cuttings, stabilize water-sensitive formations, inhibit prevent bit balling and increase drilling fluid viscosity, thus improve rate of penetration and protect the reservoir.  EZCOAT® can be used in fresh, seawater and saturated brine systems, and is also resistant to calcium and magnesium ion contamination, thermal stable over 180ºC. EZCOAT® is always used in conjunction with BORETHIN® viscosity reducer to significantly reduce drilling fluid costs and help to save overall budget.
