Product Description
N BREAKER® PLUS is a filter cake removal agent that reacts with water to gradually release acidic compounds. It operates effectively within a temperature range of 90 °C to 150 °C and functions to dissolve calcium carbonate, polysaccharides, and other impurities present in the filter cake while simultaneously wetting the remaining solid particles to maintain them in a dispersed state. When used in oil-based drilling fluids, N BREAKER® PLUS functions in conjunction with surfactant and chelating agents to effectively dissolve emulsions, oils, and contaminants within the oil-based filter cake. This action contributes to the mitigation of reservoir blockage and enhances hydrocarbon recovery rates. Suitable for open-hole sections, the product delivers sustained efficacy for up to 24 hours.
