SWEEPFYBERE^® is a unique lost circulation material (LCM) specially synthesized from organic polymer fiber, alloy fiber and surfactant.  It is effective plugging and bridging agent for voids, fractures, and all types of permeable formations.  SWEEPFYBER^® is designed to be used in combination with other LCM materials as a remedial treatment for the most challenging lost circulation scenarios - including total losses. The addition of rigid alloy fiber overcomes the defects that the traditional flexible fiber is not easy to bridging and stay, increases the ability of bridge building, and is easier to be embedded in the formation fractures. It can be added into any type of LCM pills and is a new generation of fiber technology. The material is provided in two size ranges: SWEEPFYBER^® F and SWEEPFYBER^® C lost circulation material. Both materials are compatible with water and non-aqueous based fluids.
