N BREAKER^® Zyme is an alpha-amylase formulation designed for the degradation of starch and other biopolymers present in filter cakes formed during drilling operations. This product is manufactured through a deep-tank fermentation process using Bacillus licheniformis, followed by purification and formulation optimization. It is classified as a food-grade product, characterized by its environmental compatibility and minimal risk of corrosion. N BREAKER^® Zyme demonstrates efficacy within a temperature range of 60-110°C and is suitable for use across a pH range of 4.0-7.5.

Applications/Functions

• Removal of starch in temperature ranging from 60°C to 110°C reservoirs
• Liquefy starch and reduce viscosity of water-based drill-in fluids
